My son has celiac so I called to verify they had Gluten Free options and could cook safely for him. I spoke to 2 separate employees during this phone call. They said they had gluten free options i.e. bread, buns, pancakes, French toast. They do not have a dedicated fryer. I asked about cooking procedures, they said the would cook using a separate pan and not on the flat top grill to avoid cross contamination. Once we arrived, received our drinks and were about to order...everything I was told on the phone about the safe cooking methods was not the case at all. I was quite upset, needless to say. The manager came over to the table and after a discussion and checking with the chef...they did have a separate pan they could use and would definitely make every effort to keep him safe. The grilled cheese came out when we were all about halfway through our meal. The bread was barely brown and the cheese was not melted. The manager came to check on us before we left. We expressed our disappointment about the undercooked grilled cheese and he immediately took my sons meal off the bill.

If I were rating this restaurant for their main menu I would give them 4-5 stars. They are not a gluten free restaurant, they have gluten free bread. They are not celiac friendly.
