It’s rare when fine cuisine, excellent service, warm (literally and figuratively) atmosphere, and communications with the kitchen all meet with for a perfect, gluten-free dining experience. On each of our visits to The Common Man, we have found the wait staff and chef knowledgeable about cross-contamination. They are clear about which dishes can be described as is, which can be modified, and which are off-limits to celiacs. This is a terrific restaurant.
