Tator tots and fries are fried in a separate fryer from the onion rings so that they can be gluten free. They said the burger is 100 percent beef and salt. So the burger without the bun should be good.
Update! I called the one on Freret street to get the above info. I showed up at the new location and they could offer me nothing gluten free. I went next door to a pizza place that has gluten free crust that goes in the oven on a special mat to avoid cross contamination. Maybe the new Company Burger will start doing GF options one day, but as of now.. Skip it.
