It was OK. No GF menu but you can order anything grilled. Food was bland though, it is like they were afraid to season. Also told me all rice has gluten in it 🤦 Like...that is not true (as she was on Google)...but OK so don't eat the rice & beans.

EDIT: Came back this year and was disappointed in their offerings... they did make me a safe salad with grouper on the side, but it was pretty bland. Not sure what happened...it used to be really good here. :-/

Had a great experience here and found it celiac friendly. I had the grouper sandwich without the bun and a side of fries. Delicious!

This is not a Celiac friendly restaurant. They do not have a gluten free menu. The wait staff was not educated about gluten. When we asked about the menu items that could be made gluten free, our waitress said, “generic stuff like salads.” Overall, the waitress did not know which items were gluten free or could be prepared gluten free. She also seemed to have an attitude about it. She did not take it seriously, even after we stated that we were trying to prevent getting sick. Not recommended as gluten friendly.

Stopped here for lunch, talked to server three times about my allergy and confirmed when I ordered. My food still came out with crackers on top. They were sealed but I’ve had a bad experience before and not taking chances!! The server did bring me out a side of the fish but I was afraid to eat it.

Wonderful experience and food! Our server (Mackenzie) was very knowledgeable and when she wasn’t sure, she went back and checked and the chef always knew what was and wasn’t ok. They are cautious with cross contamination. I had the grilled grouper, which was delicious! Fun environment too! Felt safe.

We visited here last year and had a WONDERFUL experience so we decided to go back this week. I will start with the positive, my food was very good and I did not get sick. However I got major attitude from the wait when I asked about a GF menu. He said..and I quote, "Shouldn't you know what is GF?" My family went off on him and explained that it's not as simple as that.

Seemed semi knowledgeable about gluten. Not a lot to Choose from. Food is just ok.

The food was great but the server and the cook had no idea what gluten was. The server seemed annoyed with our questions and even though we were specific with our order bread came on our plates touching our meals.

Very knowledgable about gf food. The fries are amazing. They ran out of ribs so we are coming back another day to have them, but the steak we had instead was excellent. Busy and noisy. We were told the wait was 20 mins, but it was less than 5. Great waitress. :-)

Staff can be hit or miss but I had an exceptional waiter (Scott) who not only checked out every safety concern he was very empathetic and kind. Managers are also informed and follow through with the order. The GF options aren't spectacular but for kitschy casual beach food it does the job. Bonus they serve Redbridge and have great outdoor seating.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The baby back ribs were terrific and the fries are in a dedicated fryer. The included salad was fresh and all dressings are gluten free. The manager clearly understood the difference between celiac and gluten-free choice. He advised against the stuffed pork chop recommended in the previous reviews, saying that the chicken stock used was from powder and contained gluten. He also advised against wood fire grilled, since breaded items are grilled there. He offered individual broiler pans. Maybe the recipe changed. The decaf cappuccino, was just horrible. When asked, the waitress was very pleasant, and replaced with regular decaf. I did not get sick.
