The chicken chorizo tacos were quite tasty. Our waitress knew exactly what GF is because she is gluten sensitive herself. Very friendly.

Our group of five all loved the food at this place! I was delighted to find a gluten free vegetarian lettuce wrap on the menu. We were just passing through on our way to Custer SD but would definitely eat here again.

Great food. Knowledgeable staff that wasn’t afraid to ask questions to make extra sure things were safe in the kitchen. Seemed to have a good handle on cross contamination. We have celiac and food allergies and no one got sick or hurt!

Great casual restaurant for lunch passing through the area. GF items are clearly marked on the menu. I had the rotisserie chicken tacos with corn tortillas and rice and black beans. Really good! They also have a kids menu, so everyone in the family was happy with the choice.

This is a cute little place with friendly employees who answered my gf/celiac questions freely without being put-out. I had the rotisserie chicken tacos which were very tasty, plus no after effects and I'm a sensitive celiac.

N.B. The address is 208 W 2nd, about 4 blocks west of where the map takes you.

There are a lot of GF options here, all clearly marked. The waitress was knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. She says they get a lot of travelers using this app.

The food was wonderful; and they were quite accommodating regarding additional allergies. It was the best meal we've had on our 5 days on the road!

WOW! Not a real extensive menu, but about 1/2 was GF. Our server was knowledgeable and the rotisserie tacos with pico de gallo and green and red chili, black brands and rice were divine. My non-GF hubby was equally impressed. I'd eat there again. Wish we had a place like this back home in Iowa.

Excellent food! GF items are clearly marked on the menu but the server was pretty clueless. I asked a bunch of questions and she was able to go back and get good information for me from the kitchen staff. The house made tortillas are divine. We had the chorizo tacos and rotisserie tacos Nd both were fabulous. I wish the Coop was in my hometown!

The Coop has wonderful gluten free options! I eat there regularly with no issues! And just to clarify, the lettuce wraps do say soy sauce in them, but after talking with the owner, they are 100% gluten free. It's not actually soy sauce. Love the Coop!!

The Coop's food is prepared fresh daily with gluten-free options. Such as: Rotisserie Chicken, Rotisserie Soft Tacos (tortillas are corn), Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Black Beans and Rice, Shredded Cabbage, Steamed Broccoli, Freshly cut Fruit, Pico de Gallo and Guacamole. Definitely check them out next time you are in Gillette! They are rated #1 on Tripadvisor and have some great reviews!
