I rang to book. They do not have separate fryers anymore. So not gluten free chips or wedges.

The had a separate fryer for chips and wedges which were both gf. Other gf fried options go in the other fryer with non-gf items. I got a burger with wedges and sour cream/sweet chilli. The burger came with gf bread instead of a gf bun but was delicious and only $2 more than the regular version.
