Service was painfully slow, limited options for gluten free, no dedicated fryer
When the jambalaya came, however, I was delicious (and no ill effects afterwards) but portion small

Although they have recently changed to a winter menu from a summer menu and have far fewer truly gluten-free options, the staff is fully aware of the risk and warned us about the cross-contamination of the fryer. They offered us a huge plate of crudite (veggies) with gluten-free blue cheese sauce and gluten-free ranch sauce as a snack at no charge. They have gluten-free cider and everyone is knowledgeable. Next year I'll definitely check out their summer menu which we were told has way more truly gluten-free options for celiacs. If you are only gluten aware they have tons and tons of options. If you or Celiac let the staff know you'll have more limited options but they do also have gluten-free buns for burgers etc. And if you have no food sensitive be sensitivity is whatsoever their food looks awesome they look they have brisket they have po boys they have a ton of stuff! Giddy-Up!

We came here hoping to have a lot of choices but there were not that many. Their fryer is shared. So we ended up eating salad. One with smoked salmon and one with smoked chicken. I would say the salad itself was just ok. The smoked chicken and meat was pretty good. They smoke it right on site.
