We have been to The Copper Pot on several occasions. We have had decent service and the food is normally pretty good. The last time we visited, will be our last visit. There are several items on the menu marked gluten free. My friend inquired about one of the chicken sandwich and the waiter said everything is fried in the same oil so nothing cooked in the fryer was gluten free. Previous visits I had the gf pizza. It was not good so I wanted but wanted to try something different. In the middle of our meal the middle aged blonde manager came to our table interrupted very loudly. She said that nothing at the restaurant is gluten free. There is so much gluten “in the air” that if you really had a true gluten allergy you should not even come inside the restaurant. We asked why several of the items on the menu were marked “gluten free” and she said that it’s not accurate. The manager was rude, abrasive, and ignorant . The menu advertises items that are not available.

Just rotten service altogether. Took my boyfriend's order and totally forgot to take mine. Another time, I ordered tea, never got anything to drink. No, now that I'm GF, I can't trust them.

They have GF Pizza but are not celiac friendly!DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU SUFFER FROM CELIAC DISEASE!The waitress was not helpful to assure me the kitchen would be cautious. I will never go back, especially since I got sick after eating there due to cross contamination.
