Server, and kitchen was very accommodating and knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. She had the poke bowl. They were able to use tuna without the marinade and even made her a non gluten containing sauce! Not much else on the menu was gf. Overall wonderful experience! (Some menu items were marked gf but when I asked our server she stated that the menu needed updating, they truly weren’t gf. Just be sure specify celiac and ask questions.)

The GF bun and hamburger was amazing. I had a simple side salad instead of the fries, which was fine. The extra charges added up. I’m used to paying for the bun, but I was also charged extra for subbing a salad for the fries I couldn’t have. Just be prepared, as it’s gets spendy. Excellent service and yummy espresso martini!

The staff was conscientious with cc and seemed to be aware. I had the salmon dish with Jasmine rice instead of the couscous. It was delicious. The manager said you can ask for the Brussels sprouts to be sautéed instead of fried. This is very close to the Buell Theatre.
