The Cornish Deli

The gentleman's son has coeliacs and so they are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Anything on the menu can be made gluten free and they serve generous portions. Space inside is limited but you can book ahead of time to guarantee a space. We thoroughly enjoyed the yummy food and no contamination.

The whole menu can be made to order and with GF bread. The gentlemen who owns the place, was absolutely lovely and completely versatile! I had the BLT GF sandwich, genuinely best sandwich since being GF!! Although, the owner was saying they no longer do GF pasties, so no pasties available. But sandwich’s make up for it!

Very busy cafe, book if you want to eat in. We had a takeout and was lovely. Our extremely sensitive Ceoliac daughter had no reaction.

My son and I, (both coeliac), ordered two Cornish pasties to take away, one steak and one vegetarian cheese and onion. Cased in cellophane and made by Maid Marion, they had been defrosted for sale that day but we warmed them in the oven that night for our dinner with chips and GF gravy...oh my goodness, they were delicious! My husband had the non GF steak pasty and said that was fab too. Thanks to this amazing app, we found this place and many others on our Cornish holiday😀

Great selection of GF and good understanding as owner’s son of Coeliac. The Cornish Breakfast is especially delicious! Great little find, it deserves its awards.

Have eaten here a number of times and food is excellent, the prices reasonable and no issues with post meal stomach issues. For my wife who is Gluten intolerant to even the smallest amount this is a safe place. Also try the morning brunch with the spicy potatoes.
