Visited here with our teenage coeliac daughter. She enjoyed a gluten free Nutella and banana crepe with ice cream. The lady I spoke to at the counter said everything would be washed and wiped down before making a GF pancake. The only thing was she said she could make a Biscoff crepe but I had to tell her that wouldn’t be GF. The menu also makes it look a though that’s an option too - but if you’re GF you most likely know that it isn’t! The waiter informed us that the owner’s daughter is coeliac so they know to be careful. The crepe looked nice - although maybe slightly undercooked if I were to be critical - but our daughter still loved it. Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff and good coffee. Would visit again.

Staff were knowledgeable about how to prepare food safely, and gf menu items were plentiful. I had a gluten free savoury crepe, and it was delicious.

The Cosy Cafe does a range of dedicated GF products Soups (Buddha Bowls), rolls, crêpes (sweet and savory) and the standard flapjack and brownies to name a few. I heartily recommend the savoury crêpes - absolutely delicious! Drinks are fairly regular in a good selection of coffee's but also includes "builders tea" and a range of fruit and herbal teas also milkshakes (if you can tolerate lactose) Well worth a visit Definitely recommended
