The staff were very knowledgeable and asked if I was gluten intolerant or Celiac. They have gluten free bread which can be substituted with any of the meals and is toasted in an oven on a separate tray instead of a shared toaster. The sausage and black pudding are not gluten free. They also have a gluten free brownie (not dairy free) but it is made in a shared kitchen with other baked goods.
Don’t go after 12:15 PM. But they have a wonderful breakfast menu. It is relatively the same year round and there are multiple tasty choices. My personal favorite is the eggs on Gf toast, but there are other interesting sounding options to have with your morning cup of tea(or other beverage). I wouldn’t recommend their baked goods, but their tea blends are nice and there are multiple options that can be made gluten free. I’ve never ordered it, but apparently they also are somewhat vegan friendly as well. Check the menu if you’ve never been before and be willing to ask questions if you’re interested in getting something. The food options are mostly sit down so you’d want to have at least an hour set aside if you’re interested in getting something from here. They do have a lunch menu open after 12:15 pm but it’s very limited compared to the breakfast menu.
There was GF menu. I had a ‘wee breakfast’ which was very good.
