It appears they make their own dough which is an amazing added benefit. I love the gf cheesy bread and the pizzas and delicious! I suppose the crust is a little hard but honestly, the flavors and safety are absolutely perfect.

I called a few days ago & asked about their gluten free protocols and was pleasantly surprised by a few minutes explanation from start to finish. I got the gluten free pizza (plain Jane) & the cheese breadsticks & everything was delicious (I even bought a 2nd pizza to take home & freeze for later)! I’m a very reactive celiac & had zero reaction. I’ll definitely stop by again if I’m in the area!

My go to place in Conshy! All sauces and dressings are gf and homemade. Sandwich bread is awesome, they toast them wrapped foil. They have cheesy bread and garlic sauce! I cant stop ordering lol the app is so easy and has an option to select gf crust, vegan or regular cheese and allows special instructions so i always put “Celiac.”

Some delicious pizza! This is my second time eating at the Couch Tomato, my first at this location, both times were great. The pizza crust is crisp on the bottom, but soft, fluffy and chewy. Not heavy and bready like alot of GF crusts can be. My husband and our friends said their regular crust Pizzas were some of the best pizzas they've ever had too. Highly recommend!
