As a newly diagnosed and asymptomatic Celiac, I'm not concerned at this time with cross contamination. I'm not sure if there are dedicated spaces to eliminate cross-contamination. However, the GF pizza was fantastic! This was our first time trying them - largely due to most of their menu being able to be modified so it's GF. My spouse does not need to eat GF so go a regular pizza and also enjoyed that. Both were thin crust personal size. Fresh and filling!

An amazing experience! They opened the box to double check the order was gluten free and the box had a sticker stating it was gluten free. Great crispy crust. All sauces are planted based and have a wide selection of vegan items as well.

I got a gluten free pizza from the menu and did not become sick. I am VERY sensitive to gluten, so any kind of cross contact makes me feel ill.

The menu did say that some GF items come from facilities that contain gluten, but I wasn’t affected by this fact when I ordered.

I ordered the Personal Coach Tony pizza, no pepperoni.

There are lots of options for people who cannot eat gluten! Seems safe to me based on my one experience here.

I just love couch tomato. The workers are so friendly and knowledgeable. I placed an online order today and called after to make sure they saw my note about gluten allergy. I then asked if I really need to be calling every time. He said if they see the item is ordered with gluten free crust or a gluten free roll then they automatically prepare it as if it’s an allergy. He also said all of their salads are gluten free except if they contain things that are inherently gluten full (ie croutons). He said those are always kept separate from the rest of the stuff and if they catch any accidental contamination of any of their toppings they throw all of that item away. They must have awesome training for these folks or are really good at picking quality humans as friendliness and integrity seem to be a priority.

Delicious gf Florentine white pizza. Crust is a chewy delight. Lemon is a really nice touch.

First of all, the service here is absolutely fantastic. I have never felt more comfortable to ask questions, they were excited to help make sure my experience was the best possible. I felt absolutely confident about the safety of the food provided. They use as many or as little safety precautions as each individual needs. They are willing to go above and beyond to minimize as much cross contact as possible.

To make this experience even better the food was FANTASTIC! I got a personal margherita pizza and I was blow away by how good it was.

All in all, if you are GF and looking for food that is safe without compromising taste and quality, I highly suggest trying this place out!

The best gluten free pizza! They make their own crust, which tastes and has the texture of regular pizza. Even non-gf people have trouble telling the difference.

The only downside is that the parking lot is super tiny.

It appears they make their own dough which is an amazing added benefit. I love the gf cheesy bread and the pizzas and delicious! I suppose the crust is a little hard but honestly, the flavors and safety are absolutely perfect.

I called a few days ago & asked about their gluten free protocols and was pleasantly surprised by a few minutes explanation from start to finish. I got the gluten free pizza (plain Jane) & the cheese breadsticks & everything was delicious (I even bought a 2nd pizza to take home & freeze for later)! I’m a very reactive celiac & had zero reaction. I’ll definitely stop by again if I’m in the area!

My go to place in Conshy! All sauces and dressings are gf and homemade. Sandwich bread is awesome, they toast them wrapped foil. They have cheesy bread and garlic sauce! I cant stop ordering lol the app is so easy and has an option to select gf crust, vegan or regular cheese and allows special instructions so i always put “Celiac.”

Some delicious pizza! This is my second time eating at the Couch Tomato, my first at this location, both times were great. The pizza crust is crisp on the bottom, but soft, fluffy and chewy. Not heavy and bready like alot of GF crusts can be. My husband and our friends said their regular crust Pizzas were some of the best pizzas they've ever had too. Highly recommend!
