I let my waitress know I had a severe gluten allergy (easier to say than saying I have Celiac) and she made sure to let the cooking staff know. They have dedicated fryers for the fries and prepare food safely. I had a burger on a GF bun with sweet potato fries. She withheld the sauces that had gluten in them, which I appreciated. I didn’t get sick afterwards, so I think I was in the clear. It was very good and didn’t taste like a GF bun. Only thing I would say is it was a bit pricey compared to In-N-Out, but it was a fun environment and good food.
