Service was good, food delicious. Worked with me when I wanted a non gluten-free dish altered a little.

Items marked as GF aren’t necessarily GF - they don’t have a dedicated fryer so big risk of cross contamination.

The portion size for the shrimp and grits was somewhat small, but the food was delicious, nonetheless. And they have quite a few gluten free entrees to choose from.

All around great food! They have lots of gluten free items. I've been here several times and I'm never disappointed. They can be pretty crowded for brunch so be prepared to wait for a table.

Delicious! Our server was friendly and fast, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. The tofu quiche was delicious, and vegan/gf. He said the pan fried tofu is great too, and I believe him. I didn't ask any questions about cross contamination, but if the sever is knowledgeable, hopefully that's reflective of the cooks. I also had two perfectly over easy eggs, and my dining partner loved her non gf selections. Good beverages, including a mulled cider, and a good tea selection, though no decaf, sadly. Some herbal selections available. We will be coming back. I wish their gf muffins were casein free too.

Parking is doable, but expect to walk a block or two.

The menu is sprinkled with many gluten free options, all of which are clearly noted on the menu as "GF." Many of the options are also vegetarian or vegan. This is one of the best places to eat GF vegetarian in the city. They serve breakfast all day, including a GF quiche with an almond crust and many other typical GF items. The lunch/dinner options include Shrimp and Grits and Chili with GF cornbread. Staff seemed knowledgable and suggested GF happy hour specials.
