Gluten free breading & separate fryer. I have gotten blackened shrimp tacos, chicken tenders & fries, and jambalaya and have NEVER gotten sick. I am very sensitive to gluten and cross contamination. They now make their poutine gluten free and it’s AMAZING!! Staff is very knowledgeable; even with drinks.
