Owner/Chef came out and answered questions. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He used a rice flour for the calamari and wings and also uses gluten free soy sauce for the soy reduction that was drizzled over the calamari. The osso bucco was also gluten free and I could only eat half or less. Then found out there was a gluten free dessert, will have to go back! Brunch he does a Benedict sauce that is gluten free too!
