Very knowledgeable about gluten and cross-contamination. There are three options for gf milkshakes and a few options for scoops of ice-cream. Yummy experience and a fun mason jar souvenir.
Husband and I knew what was gluten free we pre looked the menu online. But they asked an marked his to make it safer. Great experience.
I have a gluten and dairy allergy in which they worked with me to find all the toppings and additions I could add that would be safe for me! They also explained that they wash the mixers, their scoops and change gloves to prevent cross contamination. It was a great shake and loved that I got to keep the jar after!

I thought I wrote a review, but we walked in here and the guy behind the counter made sure it was clean gloves, utensils that my teen with Celiac and nut allergies was safe! No after effects either! Great place!
They did a good job. They cleaned everything before preparing my shake. They have a couple GF options and it was delicious. They also mark it allergy and kept it away from my husband's gluten shake
Items clearly marked that are GF. Staff knowledgeable about GF needs. When I placed my order and notified them that I had gluten intolerance they suggested scooping ice cream from new containers with clean utensils. Great service and wonderful creations.
The Crazy Mason was absolutely amazing. My daughter has celiacs and they were fantastic about explaining ingredients and taking precautions. They even cleaned the area. She had no reaction at all!!!

I walked in here with FULL expectation of only getting something for my kids.
I have Celiacs and am dairy intolerant so the idea of this place seemed very impossible for me.
But I left with one of the best desserts I have been able to have in a long time and had NO Symptoms.
There were several gluten free options and some dairy free. The cashier was very knowledgeable and also informed me that they make the gluten free shakes in a separate area for allergies and change their gloves. He also informed me of some shakes that I could alter to make gluten free. Also when it came to dairy, he was very informative about what was lactose vs. dairy free.
I got a dairy and gluten free milkshake WITH A GF WAFFLE on top and I
