Pizza was awesome, still hot when we brought it home to eat! Plenty of topping choices, super crisp, and ready to go in a reasonable amount of time for take out. Took precaution to make ours again and had no reaction, will definitely be back.
This pizza changed my life 10 years ago in Naples, and I was in tears getting to have it again in CLT! Staff is well educated and takes great precautions. Pizza is the best you will find anywhere. I dream about this pizza. My non-GF family will steal my leftovers it’s so good!
This is by far the best GF pizza in Charlotte. Pizza is bigger than most at 12 inches & baked on a piece of cardboard. Staff is super aware & it's one of our favorite places!

Excellent gluten free pizza. Large enough that I usually take most home and it makes at least two additional meals. Dairy-free cheese is also really good and they put a lot on. My only note is that there are way too much of the toppings for my liking so I order "Light ham" or "Light pepperoni" and that's perfect. They also always have at least one cider and one gluten free beer. I don't know their specific procedures to prevent contamination but I've never had a problem eating her.e

The restaurant is clean with Modern decor. The staff was friendly and well educated on menu items that are gluten free. I had a gf pizza that was very good with high quality toppings. The salad was huge, definitely shareable for 2-3 people ( especially if this is just a side) with home made delicious dressings. I tried two, creamy Parmesan and Dijon mustard. Both were good. I wish they had smaller salad options.
Very good GF pizza…..I had the meat lovers pizza (without meatballs which are not GF) Nice 12” size. I also had a salad which was really good. They also have GF beer and a cider
The Crust is by far the best GF pizza I have ever eaten. It may even be the best non-GF pizza I’ve had, it’s been so long it’s hard to remember what the taste was. I had the meat lovers minus the meatballs, they aren’t GF.
I have celiac and this is a great place! I have been searching for good pizza in Charlotte and have finally found it. The gluten free pizza is 12 inches!!! I could not eat anywhere close to half of it. It’s nice because the regular pizzas are 10 and 16 so there is no mix up.
Great pizza, have been several times with no reaction, love the larger size. They seem to be very careful!
My brother and I are GF and made a point to drive here from Fort Mill SC. Fantastic experience! Staff were very friendly. Our pizzas were 12” for GF. We had the meat lovers (minus meatballs) and Buffalo chicken. You couldn’t tell it was GF. Toppings right to the edge and plentiful. We highly recommend it!
This place is FANTASTIC! I got the gluten free veggie supreme and it was hard to tell it was gluten free. I also got their house salad without bread and it was so good. They are careful and knowledgeable about celiac!
