The Cured Plate - Libations & Lounge

I recently tried The Cured Plate in Milford. While they say they have gluten free options (as identified in the menu), apparently their drinks are another story. I was “glutened” over the weekend. I had called ahead to discuss their gluten free protocols. I was assured multiple times as to how seriously they take serving gluten free both on the phone and while at the establishment. After speaking to the restaurant via messenger about my being glutened, they are saying it may have been the drink. They said that they told the server to offer me another option, because the were unsure of the alcohol/bar side of things. I never got that message from the server, and I was served a drink that I believed to be safe. I was super disappointed to hear this, as the fun drinks are one of the things making the venue unique. I love supporting new local places! But I would say proceed with caution on this one!!!
