A MUST VISIT if you are in Fayetteville!! Went here 3 times in 4 days. Menu items are marked GF, and they have lots of healthy, delicious options (majority of the menu is GF!). Shelby behind the counter was super helpful and told me he has family with Celiac disease. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and take precautions against cross-contamination. If you tell them you have Celiac/are gluten free, they ring up your order with an allergy alert. All smoothies are gluten free, but I was told the granola on the smoothie bowls is not, so that would have to be omitted.
