Our server, MJ, was great. She was very cautious and asked the chef about everything. No dedicated menu or indicators on menu, but several items that are GF or can be modified. I had the shrimp tacos with grits (potatoes are fried with no dedicated fryer). I was really wanting the tuna poke bowl but they had no gluten free soy. Solid option for GF dining.
Came here from out of town with my 11yr old who has Celiac. Our server helped us know what was safe he asked the kitchen about my CC questions. All egg dishes and sandwiches can be made gf and there are a few other items on the adult menu (my husband had a GF chickpea flour pancake and it was amazing, but not to my daughter's taste). Whole family enjoyed this place. Unique offerings, great food, and safe!
