I had DeLuxe's ramen, they offer a substitution for GF rice noodles, it was so good! The miso broth is delicious and flavorful with a spicy kick, and it's got mushrooms, bok choy and other veggies for a good vegetarian option if you don't want to add meat. It was maybe the best GF ramen I've had..
