First time I went here, the server said she was celiac and that she always gets the chicken Caesar salad. No reaction, so I figured I could trust the place. Since Common Bond closed and I work downtown, I brought people here three more times for work lunches. Unfortunately the third time I was glutened. I got the sense from the server that she didn’t understand allergies, so I asked her a second time to please relay the “gluten allergy”/celiac to the kitchen. Unfortunately I only realized after a few bites that there were croutons buried in there. They comped the salad, but not even my glass of wine!
