Not gluten free! My daughter was glutened from the chicken and fries after them confirming it was gluten free. Stay away!

I had the OG chicken and waffle sandwich with fries, after I tried to order a different one but the server told me that the Buffalo sauce is NOT GF. Food was delicious and I haven’t had any reaction. From some reviews I read (after I ordered) I did take some gluten cutter. The only stomach issue I had was feeling really full after eating!

Do not eat here... I was just glutened here for a second time. I was reassured that the meal was gluten free. Chicken tenders and waffle fries. I became ill later in the day. I tested the leftovers the next day with a Nima Sensor and gluten was found. They really have no idea what they are doing.

I ate here today with my daughter that is celiac . The place is extremely dirty and empty. I was re assured all the food I was ordering was gluten free…but a few hours later my daughter was very sick. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

We ate here today but were very wary due to the negative reviews. I think we may have solved the mystery as to why everyone is getting glutened. Apparently the fries are NOT gluten free! After much questioning and perseverance the employee told us that the fries are not cooked in the dedicated gf fryer. This was only AFTER we had ordered and paid for a meal that comes with fries and clearly stated that due to Celiac we need strictly gluten free. I had asked all my questions but still had a nagging feeling as the employee seemed clueless. So I persevered and asked again to confirm. So we then had to change our order to something without fries. So the online menu does not match what is in the restaurant.

The food itself was delicious and feeling fine afterwards. You will have to decide for yourself if you want to accept the poor customer service, unknowledgeable and unfriendly staff, confusing menu, and risk of getting glutened.

This is so so so good! The chicken is juicy, the waffles are fresh. The sauces are delicious. They have dedicated fryers, dedicated Gf waffle irons that are completely at a separate work station from the regular waffle irons. They have everything marked and listed or posted on the restaurant, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Absolutely delicious perfect comfort food that is SAFE! Plus, for those with religious restrictions the chicken and entire menu is halal. It’s like a unicorn, GF and halal ❤

1st visit was great, 2nd visit received a regular waffle after ordering (and paying for) a gluten free one AND specifying gluten allergy… the staff really didn’t know what was in the food and didn’t care about ensuring allergen control - considering they advertise gluten free foods. I guess just order chicken a la carte to be safe

Not celiac safe! We were assured their chicken and fries were gluten free, no gluten in the fryers but my daughter has never been so sick after eating at a restaurant. Definitely contained gluten in something.

Gluten free fried chicken, waffles and fries! This location just opened. They have a dedicated fryer and the chicken is coated in rice flour. I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and fries. The chicken was delicious and the fries were so so. I did not try their gf waffle yet, but they are made in a dedicated waffle iron. A bit expensive but I am happy to be able to enjoy fried chicken. Some of their sauces contain gluten so be cautious when ordering.
