The Divvy is a wonderful place to eat! They use fresh, high quality ingredients, and their chef really understands Celiac disease and cross-contamination. As soon as we mentioned that our daughter had Celiac disease, he went right to work creating a clean environment to make her a gluten free steak and cheese quesadilla. She was so happy! Everything we ate there was delicious. Located at the bottom of Mt. Crested Butte ski mountain, it's the best place to eat and relax after a day of skiing!
