This was a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and safe. Very clear about what I could have. Most broths are GF and they proves Gf soy sauce and made a nice sauce for me at the table. Very impressed and a fun experience! Highly recommend! Only downside… A little pricey

They have an allergen menu and the server was attentive. Most of the hot pot soup bases were gluten free and they served gluten free soy sauce! Lots of menu options for gluten free food.

While they do have access to an allergy card on their menu tablet, it isn’t well integrated with the ordering process. You’d have to keep going back and forth to check what was an option for every single ingredient section (around 10+ separate sections). I actually ended up choosing a different restaurant because it seemed kind of nerve-wracking and too time-consuming.
I was surprised to learn that there’s hotpot that can be celiac friendly - this place has good food and staff was knowledgeable about allergens. Physical gluten free menu and allergen info available on the iPads you order from. For cross contamination purposes, I would avoid the toppings bar and order a la carte - seemed like patrons could accidentally drip sauces into the wrong places.

Great hot pot. All broths except spicy Szechuan are gluten free. Nearly all meats, seafood, tofu and veggies as well. They have a gluten free menu and allergens listed near toppings bar. Bring your own gluten free soy sauce.
