Didn't end up eating here as they use the same toppings for gf pizza as they do the regular. I quizzed the staff and saw that they will be rolling reg flour and them dipping their hands in the toppings Cross contamination as far as I witnessed

I've eaten here several times and never been sick. They cook the pizza in a separate oven. Very tasty. They note the potential of cross contamination with so much flour in the air

I am gluten intolerant, dairy intolerant, I can’t have pork or tomatoes … I should not step into a pizza place. But today I really was craving pizza and the Bros were so kind and put their heads together to make me a special pizza with gluten free crust, vegan pesto sauce, vegan parm, and caramelized onions! It was so tasty and scratched that itch for me
They do not recommend celiac customers unfortunately due to the flour being near by.
But if you are like me you can finally find yourself back in a pizza parlor!

Pepperoni pizza was good - it was a crunchy crust. Server noted that pizza is cooked in a separate oven, but cross contamination could occur given small prep space. I had no issues

Would not recommend Dough Bros for anyone coeliac or gluten intolerant. I have tried to go here a few times and each time I was extremely sick. While they have gluten-free pizzas there is not division of gluten from non-gluten-free equipment or other food.

Smelled delicious, but they had a sign stating they do not recommend eating here for celiacs. We did not stay.

Despite their kindness and best efforts, it NIMA tested for very high gluten presence and cross contamination. They do not have a separate prep area or separate pans, but put parchment on the pan and it goes in a separate oven.

ENG: They have any type of gluten free pizza but you have to pay €2,50 more. If you see people waiting outside, it's because first you order the pizza and then you take sit

I ordered a gluten free ham & mushroom pizza. Asked if my pizza would be cooked separate & was reassured it would be. Very happy with the service.

This place has GF pizza options. Not the best I've ever had but a decent one. It's quite crowded and loud. You might have to wait and then sit in a very non-cozy atmosphere reminiscent of a cantine or a fast food chain.

The best GF (and regular pizza for my husband) that we have ever had. It is my new favorite place in Ireland! They explained that they have a separate prep area and oven but there is flour in the air and they do their best. The Hey Pesto was delicious. Would return (didn't get sick).

Pizza cooked in a separate oven and prepped on separate surface. Toppings were good, crust was fine. Didn’t get sick.

Staff were really knowledgeable and helpful, and came over to ask how I was finding / enjoying the gluten free pizza. They prepare the pizza in a separate area and cook it in a separate oven. it tasted quite decent.

Above amazing for a coeliac, I’m from Australia and I was so happy I could eat happily. They make gluten free pizza in separate area and separate oven, obviously they will be flour in the air but they really tried they’re best and I’m a super sensitive I feel great 👍🏼👍🏼
