Review of The Douglass

I went to a family party here, expecting to get a salad as the web site didn't mention anything about gluten free options. I asked anyway, and the owners couldn't have been nicer. After checking with the chefs, they assured me that precautions would be taken in between prepping each meal for me to be safe. I had a great meal and a wonderful afternoon. I had the Douglass fry up and feel fine afterwards. not sure about dedicated fryer, but they otherwise took precautions against crosscontamination, and I would also feel confident ordering a burger without a bun for example, or other sensible options
