Fabulous gluten free options both sweet and savoury. Great cross contamination protocols in place so I would definitely say coeliac safe.

We have a full gluten free menu that consists of breakfast, lunch and baked goods. If we plan an evening event, the menu for this will also include a full range of gluten free options.
Bread is the difficulty, but we have found solutions. We use a local bakery for our regular bread and this is handled in a small, separate area in our kitchen with hand washing and a dedicated microwave and toaster. We buy gluten free bread for 2 sources and believe that we have found the best. This is often used in some of our main meals and is being very well received.
Our main kitchen is completely gluten free. We do not use any flour products that are not gluten free and our mixing equipment has not been contaminated.
All our cooking and baking is done using quality gluten free ingredients that have been tried and tested by our chef, who is un-diagnosed for Coeliac's disease, but very intolerant and has been eating gluten free for 15 years.
We serve gluten free cakes, scones, brownies and savouries from our counter and everyone eats them. We do not make a big this about advertising generally about being gluten free as we feel that there is still a stigma that could affect our business if we shout too loud (this is very sad). So we just serve and tell people if they ask! Our gluten free scones are going down a storm, who would have thought......
