The Dove's Nest

I went here for ‘High Tea’ as I heard they have great gluten free options. Our server wasn’t the friendliest I’ve ever seen, but the past owner came out from the kitchen to chat and was very interested and friendly. The food, in my opinion, was fantastic. The sandwiches were great, including a mini quiche (gf) and a puff pastry filled with tuna salad. There was a gluten free scone with jam and cream, and three delicious gluten free treats (a lemon tart, ‘pinkie square’, and a fabulous chocolate brownie). Tea was great. My blood sugar must have gone through the roof, it was quite a treat. I will go again for ‘high tea’ and also to try the gf ginger cake and the gf eggs Benny on a gf scone.

Called ahead and they served a wonderful gluten free and soy free tea! Worth it!
