Just an update. We tried to go to The Duke for lunch today before going to Kew Gardens. Although they did have a GF batter for the fish & chips, the fish would be fried in the regular fryer. No dedicated fryer. Also, no GF buns or bread for a burger. We ended up picking up take out at Marks & Spencer.

This was the best meal I had while visiting the UK! Amazing fish and chips- both gluten and dairy free, and a gluten free vegan carrot and orange soup. Adelaide our hostess/server was fabulous- she came over and marked each item on the menu that I could eat, and if an alteration was needed. So helpful!!
