If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told they could not accommodate celiac and weren’t willing to try. This was by email and then again when we went to the complementary breakfast. Gf muffins were wide open and made in a very gluteny kitchen next to regular scones. I was originally told by email that the muffins were safe but upon arrival I felt that was not the case. For an award winning chef I’m super disappointed.

They DO NOT actually have a gluten free menu. I have Celiac and it is very severe for me so I when I asked for one, they responded saying we don’t have one.

Tell the staff that you have celiac if you do. Chef has family members w/celiac and understands safe prep.
