The staff was not knowledgeable about gluten free options. Even after going over our food allergies, she still brought out the sorbet with an ice cream cone (gluten). Unfortunately we can’t go back for lack of food safety reasons.

The waitress asked if there were any allergies. They have gluten free buns for the burgers, and several other items, such as the ribs, she said are gluten free. I enjoyed a burger with fries with no issues. The desserts are not gluten free, and the waitress did her due diligence in telling us this.

Took my celiac teen last night. They were booked full but we were able to sit at the bar and order food. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries. The bartender told the chef the order was for someone with celiac. It took quite awhile to get our food and it was pricey, but delicious! I didn’t think to ask about the crispy onions on burger but the chef automatically left them off. The bun was a usual GF hamburger bun, the hamburger and fries we both very good.

ASK FOR A MANAGER BEFORE ORDERING. Have a gluten and dairy allergy. Ordered a plain burger on lettuce with plain baked potato. First order came out with fries (which I can’t have because of the dairy cross contact) and on a regular bun. Second order came out with butter and sour cream for my potato. After second one came out I asked to speak with a manager. Wish I had from the start and if I return I will do that first. He assured me he’d watch over the chef and third time finally was okay. He even discounted our meal for the issues. Burger was fine nothing special. Drinks were very good as long as you know what liquor is gluten free.

Waiter was very accommodating. Nearly everything on the menu could be made gluten free, except for the fried calamari and the grilled cheese. Separate fryer for making fries and chips. Had the spinach dip appetizer made gluten free without breadcrumbs and it was delicious! My family had the salmon, chicken, and mahi mahi dishes for entrees and they were all very good. Fantastic cocktails too and we enjoyed the live music.

Food was nothing special but it was a fun place. Lots of people dancing and live entertainment. I had the Greek salad with shrimp and did not get sick. The waitress was knowledgeable about gluten and let me know my options.
I have celiac disease and had an amazing meal at The Edison: The Beyond Meat burger with gluten free bun and very tasty fries. The server was educated about gluten allergy and asked if I would like a gluten free bun because I was not aware this was available. Drinks were tasty too!. I am very sensitive to cross contamination and had no issues at all. I can't wait to go back!

Very accommodating of wheat and pork allergies. Dedicated fryer for fries and the burger on GF bun was great.
Went here with my sister to give it a try, after having heard mixed reviews about their gluten friendly options. Atmosphere was fabulous, but the way they took care of me was even more fabulous. I have multiple allergies, along with the celiac and they were able to safely feed me. I had their burger with a yummy GF bun and fries, because that's what sounded good that night. Fries are made in a dedicated fryer.I waited to post about the experience to be sure I hadn't been cross-contaminated by accident. Everything was absolutely wonderful, with no contamination. So glad I took the chance and decided to eat there!!

Staff didn’t have any idea what was gluten free. No gluten free menu. Ordering was extremely difficult. Atmosphere was very nice however I will not return.
