  • Fortunately for us, and all those with a WHEAT intolerance, our PAKORA BATTER is made with Gram Flour (Ground Chickpeas) rather than WHEAT flour and our natural choice for dusting the Fish, Halloumi & Artichoke is RICE FLOUR. The great thing, is that our batter is also very light and won't leave you feeling bloated and heavy like some Fish & Chips can.
