Review of The Eproson House

I went here for lunch. Most of the menu is salads, burgers, and sandwiches. They have gluten-free buns, which could be used the sandwiches as well. I got a burger. It was tasty. The waiter was very knowledgeable and happy to check/confirm all gluten-related details with the kitchen. The fries do not have a dedicated fryer... but everything can come with a salad.
