Beautiful pub with great gluten free choices, friendly staff who understand gluten free and cross contamination. Ate here the 3 night that I was in the area and would highly recommend visiting if in the area. I unfortunately didn't take photos of the food but it was amazing, definitely the best onion rings I think I've ever had.

The gf fish and chips is so good I stopped the waitress and said “are you sure this is gf?” Then, once I got into it, I found the batter wasn’t cooked. It was too thick, I think. 🤷🏼♀

Had a fantastic GF burger with onion rings . The waitress was welcoming and helpful. The burger was pure beef with a little seasoning on a nice gf roll with gf onion rings. Fried food has a separate fryer for safety. They also have gf pizza bases. There’s a deal of thought gone into the menu here. The food is well prepared, greasy and reasonably priced. Recommended.

Wonderful place - all fried food is gluten free. Teen could enjoy fish, chips and onion rings, despite being gluten and dairy free. Friendly staff too

What delight to have fish and chips, the first time since my diagnosis. Every bit as delicious as I remembered. Service was prompt, nice fire in the fireplace. Just wonderful for my 1st trip to the UK.

All pizza bases are gluten free, so you can have a proper wood fired pizza with no risk of cross contamination. Pizzas are really good, can't tell the difference to normal ones.

This is a wonderful find! The chef spoke to me himself and explained that they use a separate fryers. I got the fish & chips (the first time I could in Scotland) and they were delish. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The chef even showed me the brand of gluten free flour they use. So happy about this experience. I think it’s Celiac friendly, but yymv based on sensitivity.
Knowledgeable staff, extensive gluten free menu options, including gf fish and chips and onion rings.
