Found “the Joint “ on this app. Gave it a try. Great decision! Tiny place with a cool vibe and good people behind the counter. Falafel and fries are a great combo! We (3 celiacs, I’m very sensitive) ate mass quantities and are doing great one day later. We are going back if we pass through Fredericksburg again.

Talked to them before visiting regarding their prep and fryers. Falafel is safe and so are the fries. Can be served on bed of spinach with veggies and other condiments. Delicious!
