Fantastic Farm to Table menu with several main entrees already Gluten Free. Everything is made from scratch and MOST can be modified to GF on request. Boyd & Blair Potato vodka was a BONUS! It's now my new favorite restaurant in Montgomery/Bucks area. Update been coming for over 2 years and always a fantastic experience! Most recently I started with the bloody beet Salad that was GF including the brown gravy made from veal stock and over a yogurt “out of this world good!” For the main dish: I enjoyed the delicious Heritage Pork Chop served over bacon braised heirloom beans (swap the crispy roots for broccoli to be GF) truly superb!
So the staff was very knowledgeable of celiac but were quick to tell me they don't have separate prep area or sep fryers. Proceed with caution.
