The Fat Radish

This is a dreadful place to take children or I’d you do not want to wait 1 hour 50 minutes for your food. Out of 9 meals there were two that could not be eaten at all, 6 that were marginal and one that was excellent. They only know how to cook vegetables. They were out of fish, lamb, spaghetti and meatballs, onion rings and scotch……we had reservations for 7 pm and our food was served at 8:50. I even asked if they could at least serve the kids and they said no, it all had to come out at once. The children’s food was cold and burnt. The children fell asleep without dinner. The bruschetta is awful. The macaroni and cheese were awful also. Unless you want a burger burned to a crisp don’t order it. They require a 20 percent gratuity be added to the bill. I said do you truly think you earned it and they said that wasn’t the issue. It stays on no matter how awful the service is. We watched them wipe down tables around us and they set the table first and then wiped around the new dishes. Never eat there!!!!!

Dined on the patio on a Friday evening (takeout not available Friday and Saturday). They were very busy. With the server's suggestions, I ordered the salmon with pesto (sans panko) and roasted parmesan potatoes, and the side salad with cukes, feta, sunflower seeds and house lemon thyme vinaigrette. Our meal was delicious, service a bit distracted (so busy). Very nice dinner.

Wow, the food here is amazing. They have many GF options and their fish tacos are the best I have ever had. They have very knowledgable staff and cooks, so don't be afraid to ask about their GF options!! I love the decor inside. It truly is the best little place to eat in Bayfield. Hands down!!

Most sandwiches can be made GF with GF bread or lettuce wrap options.

Fish Tacos are also a GF item on the lunch menu.

They have gluten free bread, and can make all their sandwiches and any panini gluten free! Delicious!
