Review of The Fat Snook

I've loved this restaurant prior to my celiac diagnosis so imagine my joy when I found out how accommodating they are to gluten free requests. Denise was our server and went over items that were gluten free and confirmed with the chef any questions I had. Just listening *and watching* her explain food is part of the dining experience as she's very passionate about it. The chef/owner's daughter has celiac so they take the precautions for gluten free and I had no adverse reaction! Not only that, but every dish tasted as if it was meant to be paired that way and didn't feel like anything was substituted as an afterthought. Get the scallops app and/or entree!
