As a hotel guest. enjoyed the breakfast buffet twice. Staff was very knowledgeable as to which items were safe and which were not and happily shared their knowledge. I was blown away by a table of completely gluten free baked goods at the end of the breakfast bar! Have never seen that at a hotel buffet before. There was bread pudding, two kinds of muffins. and bacon egg and cheese sandwiches on grilled Udis bread.
