the Fifth String

The Fifth String is an amazing addition to the Attimo winery which we have loved for the past year. They have a small menu but are able to customize the dishes to make them gf by changing out an ingredient or two. They served us gf bread with the homemade butter and tallow candle - phenomenal. Also had himachi crudo and the short rib. Inventive cocktails and a glass of Attimo wine complimented all of it. Hannah was an amazing server and we felt 100% comfortable as she confirmed everything with Chef Amos. We had such an amazing meal that we returned a few nights later with friends. This time we had burrata, prime rib and table side tiramisu with gf lady fingers. Our friend has extensive allergies but we were comfortable talking her there and they customized a meal which was beautiful. We will be back again soon! Loved that Chef Amos came out to the table and checked in with us. Also great music and an attractive space - just a great experience.
