The Fire Brick Oven Pizza & Bar

Used to come here all of the time but lately they are not to sure of the allergy. They gave us bread mixed in with regular bread and none of their specials cater to gluten free. Even tho they have flat breads and pizzas on the bar menu. They do not let gluten free be part of the options. They used to be fantastic but lately. Not so much. Disappointed

Great gluten free pizza and pasta!

Great service. Server was aware that the oven baked chicken wings weren't celiac friendly due to being fried before being baked in the oven.

They use Udis pizza crust, which is good but disappointing if you're expecting wood fire oven pizza as the company name suggests.

my girlfriend is celiac. you know what its like to have a hungry girl friend....you dont wanna know what its like to have a hungry celiac girlfriend lol.we're always trying out new spots. they have a lot ot options and even gluten free pasta

this place was awesome....the bartender was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, attentive.....simply spectacular....the food was great....go here, you will love it.

The gluten free pizza is very good. The house chicken wings (finished with rosemary and Parmesan) are amazing! The gluten free pasta dishes are good--all their sauces are delicious. My husband and I have eaten there many times and never had a reaction.

Had good amount of options on the regular menu. Was a bit tight for seating and was on the pricier side. Overall good experience

My experiences have been very hit or miss, but the hits were good enough to make me come back. I've had them mess up my order so drastically that I wasn't even positive it was gluten free on more than one occasion. But my most recent experience was take out and it was timely and delicious.

excellent service & staff! great drinks at the bar and amazing, too-good-to-be-GF fire grilled pizza! I will definitely be coming here again!!!
