Staff was knowledgeable about what was GF. Shared fryer, so can’t do the fries, but they have roasted potatoes you can do instead. The only other thing with gluten is bread for sandwiches or the croutons on the salad. Split a half chicken and roasted potatoes, everything was great. I felt safe, didn’t get sick
