The Fold has become one of our go to spots! The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free options and understands cross contamination. They do not have a dedicated fryer so we do bring our own chips. The steak is marinated in a sauce that contains gluten but all other proteins are fine, leaving lots of variety for tacos and burrito bowls.

This is one of our go-to’s. Chips are gluten free, as well as the salsa and queso. Their street corn dip is amazing. Most of their tacos can be made gluten free. Their tamales are my favorite dish, and the margs are fantastic.
