We were immediately impressed when we walked in and asked about gluten free options and Chef Rita came right out to give us some friendly thoughts including the fact that she loves to cook “Off Menu” and offered to make us some stuffed peppers. We accepted. The roasted peppers were to die for! She said we could eat just about everything with some modifications where needed. She also offered to serve the Spinach Artichoke dip with wedges of GF crust but we wanted to save room for the pizza. Their GF crust is a cauliflower parmesan 10” crust which was great. It’s crisp, oven fired on its own pan. The roasted garlic cream sauce is gluten free and is thickened with corn starch and was the base on my “Anvil” which was roasted chicken, spinach, onion, the garlic cream sauce and wow, fantastic!! Each gluten free pizza we ordered was excellent. We had a bowl of their house made mint chocolate chip gelato which Rita made with mint she picked from the garden the same day. Everything was fresh, customized, and house made. Pizza and dessert are a win for sure. BTW, while they are working on the liquor license, it’s BYOB and they don’t even charge a pour fee. You can’t beat the food, the friendly faces, and Rita’s personal touch. The only other thing I can say is tell Rita that Julie from Kansas City told you to come. She said if you tell her I sent you off the Find Me GF app, she will cook off menu for you too!! You can’t go wrong there.
