Review of The Fork 'N' Cork

I had a great dining experience here tonight. There are not gluten free buns on the menu, but when I asked the server, who was in general very helpful and enthusiastic, told me "Oh yes, absolutely." She then confirmed that my selection of burger was safe (the Keiser - peanut butter and bacon), and asked if I had celiac's. When I told her I did not, she said "okay, good, then the fries are safe." I'm assuming they are fried in the same oil as some battered items, so depending on your tolerance that may be an issue, but I appreciated her sensitivity to it.
