I use the forum for takeaway and eating in. The staff are really knowledgable. As much of the menu has been adapted as gluten free and I have had no negative experiences.

The only Chinese in Congleton (that I’m aware of) that has a strong understanding of gluten free food and cross contamination. If you speak to the owner Cathy, she will advise you of what meals they can adapt for you.
