I used to eat here frequently before my celiac diagnosis and loved it! Their lomo saltado is the best! Last weekend I ate takeout from here for the first time post-diagnosis. So grateful I don’t have to give up this food! They have a separate grill and fryer for gluten free cooking, French fries/yuca fries, etc. Their staff was knowledgeable and patient with me over the phone as I double checked everything with them. My food was clearly labeled GF in the takeout order. I’ll continue to be a loyal patron here!
